These building modules come fitted with all the internal fixtures and fittings, including kitchens and bathrooms, and all utilities installed, including electrics, water, drainage and air conditioning/air purification systems, fire detection, etc., according to the specification.
Fully assembled products
The main body is integrally moulded and polished by robots before being shipped directly from the factory as the basic original module, utilising Ultra-High Performance Concrete Materials for lighter, stronger, and more durable engineering. All work is conducted and quality-checked within the factory.
Our intelligent factory production replaces manual work with machines, with over 90% of processes completed by automatic robots. This eliminates wet construction, resulting in 50 times higher efficiency and enabling fast job-site delivery while offering controllable risk for the developer/owner. Additionally, product centralised purchasing through a digital supply chain streamlines operations.
Main structures are completed within 4 days, with fully decorated apartments delivered in a month. This saves time and costs, allowing for more time on the next project, regardless of seasonal weather issues, thereby increasing turnover.

These components are fully integrated in the factory and assembled on-site using pre-buried sleeves, bolts, and other reliable connection assemblies, along with assembly decoration, resulting in integrated building products.

Manufactured entirely in a factory and requiring only bolt connections on-site, it allows for the rapid erection of 3-10 floors daily. Its 100% stainless steel construction is over 20 times more corrosion-resistant than carbon steel, promising a lifespan of over 100 years.
Transported as container-sized modules, these expand to double their width to 4.8m upon unfolding at the site. They feature a 3m floor height, a 2.7m clear height, and a beam-free flat ceiling, enhancing aesthetics and flexibility in room layout for diverse cultures, household sizes, and incomes. Spacious bay windows ensure ample sunlight throughout the year, and every room includes bay windows or balconies.
